Module 1: Deep Learning and Neural Networks

In this module, students will learn advanced machine learning techniques including ensemble methods such as Gradient Boosting and XGBoost for building high-performance predictive models. They will then move into deep learning fundamentals, including neural networks, activation functions, and backpropagation. Students will also learn Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and apply them to real-world computer vision tasks such as image classification and object detection.

Module 2: Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI and Chatbot Development

This module focuses on modern AI systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). Students will learn LLM architecture, NLP fundamentals, and how to use tools like OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain. They will also build real-world AI applications such as chatbots and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases and fine-tuned models.
